Our HARVARD ENTREPRENEURS' BREAKFAST is an informal opportunity (usually) on the first Friday of every month for Harvard Alumni to meet, drink some joe, connect, and share ideas and opportunities.

April's topic is The Top Ten Legal Issues for Startups, led by Dina Brewer (JD'92).  Dina's law practice focuses on founders and startup businesses.  Her experience has shown her the common legal errors founders often make in structuring and running their new companies.  In this very informative breakfast, she will give you her top ten pieces of advice.
