White Hill Mansion, a historic gem perched atop a bluff overlooking the majestic Delaware. This site has played a pivotal role in our nation's story, from its beginnings as a Lenni Lenape settlement to its significance during the Revolutionary War. As a hub for American inventors and innovators, White Hill offers a fascinating glimpse into both state and national history.
Grounded in thoughtful historical research, Living History Day brings the Revolutionary era to life for visitors of all ages. Families are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and learn together while enjoying engaging demonstrations, children’s programming, and the welcoming historic setting of White Hill Mansion.
Children and families are invited to take part in hands-on crafts, interactive activities, and a historic scavenger hunt designed to make learning fun and accessible for all ages. The mansion will also be open for an informal open house, offering guests the opportunity to explore this historic site and learn more about its role in New Jersey’s Revolutionary-era history.
