This "hands-on" event will be relaxed and informative.  The format will be flexible so you can pick up a knife and become as involved as you wish...  Or simply observe with a glass of wine in your hand instead.  Either way, it will be an unforgettable event where you will gather a wealth of knowledge and ideas.
