Our HARVARD ENTREPRENEURS' BREAKFAST is an informal opportunity on the first Friday of every month for Harvard Alumni to meet, drink some joe, connect, and share ideas and opportunities.

June's topic will be Start Up Build Out - When to Staff.  This is a question posed by Renu Thomas and John Roth for their start up.  They will present their case study and we'll discuss build out.

  • When do you add key functions?
  • A CFO or finance/accounting person?
  • A head of R&D?
  • Sales and or Marketing?
  • A head of Operations/Manufacturing?
  • Other functions?
  • Full time, part time, consultant?
  • Other infrastructure?

These are critical questions which must be addressed by all startups.

We'll discuss what's worked for us and what hasn't and how to think through the build out process.

If you are planning a startup, you'll need to answer these questions.  Join us for this interesting session.
