ICE CREAM SOCIAL & FIREWORKS - SOLD OUT!
Yes, you read correctly... We will start the evening with an old-fashioned ice cream social... And then wander over to the Lambertville/New Hope Bridge to watch fireworks light up the sky over the Delaware River...
Date: Friday, August 16, 2013
Time: Ice cream social at 6:30PM / Fireworks at approximately 8:30PM
Place: Residence of Nancy Kienzler, 50 Buttonwood Street, Lambertville, NJ
We will start by raiding the freezer at the home of Nancy Kienzler who has promised to have all the important flavors and essential toppings on hand. Once we custom make our own sundaes and devour them, we will help Nancy clean up the mess and then take a leisurely stroll over to the Lambertville/New Hope Bridge. (We bet the folks over in Pennsylvania call it the New Hope/Lambertville Bridge.) There we will have an excellent view of the fireworks over (and reflected in) the Delaware River.
NOTE: Due to venue constraints, the event will be limited to twenty individuals.
Bring the entire family if you wish! There's no better way to cool off on a warm summer evening.
