CLUB HISTORY

The Harvard Club of Princeton was founded in 1985 for the purpose of fostering fellowship among the Harvard alumni in the Princeton area.

The Club's organizational documents cite the original registered address as 25 Vandeventer Avenue, the private residence of one of the founding members located on a shady street about a block away from the Princeton Garden Theater, and called for the appointment of eleven Trustees.  Those documents were well crafted and contain principles that have guided the operations of the Club through to the current day.

The membership base has grown over the years and currently consists of a diversified group (in every sense of the word) that takes full advantage of the numerous and varied activities offered by the Club.  Naturally, individuals who have roots anywhere in the Harvard Community are always welcomed as new members.
