"PLATO AND A PLATYPUS" IN RHINECLIFF, NY

The Harvard-Radcliffe Club of the Hudson Valley has extended an invitation to HCOP members for a special evening in Rhinecliff, NY with for dinner with two compelling authors. You must RSVP by October 10th. Book a room and make it a get-away weekend!

Date:            October 18, 2013

Time:            6:00PM

Place:           The Rhinecliff Hotel, Rhinecliff, NY

There are lifelong advantages to having been at Harvard, but rarely are so many offered in one evening: companionship of Fellow Alumni, peak leaf season in the Hudson Valley, a deck on the Hudson River with drinks and hors d'oeuvres, a multi-course epicurean dinner in private room at The Rhinecliff Hotel overlooking the Valley, and a talk by two compelling Harvard authors.

Daniel Klein '61 and Tom Cathcart '61 met in Philosophy classes at the College and reunited in 2007 to write the best-selling explication of philosophy through jokes titled "Plato and a Platypus Walk into a Bar..." They will present a prized combination of the playful and the profound designed to make you laugh, cry, and think.

Make it a romantic get-away weekend by booking a room at the lavishly restored 1854 Rhinecliff Hotel by clicking here.
