The text above almost says it all. Craig Lambert will enlighten and entertain us with his insights and showmanship. It will be like being back in class, but with no concerns about a grade.
 Craig is always in high demand on the speaker circuit and enjoys "rock star" status in Cambridge, so we are lucky to have him here in Princeton.  It is guaranteed to be a memorable evening.

Craig is Deputy Editor at Harvard Magazine, where he has been a staff writer and editor since 1988. His work has appeared in many publications, including Sports Illustrated, Town & Country, and the New York Times. His book MIND OVER WATER: Lessons on Life from the Art of Rowing (Houghton Mifflin) a personal meditation on his experience as an oarsman, appeared in 1998. Nominated for a Pulitzer Prize, it remains in print in paperback and in German translation. 

Craig received his A.B. from Harvard in 1969 and his Ph.D. in sociology, also from Harvard, in 1978.
